Job Description

**Job Purpose**

Hardware application engineer role for DC-DC converters in server, telecom, and industrial applications. Products include both digital and analog converters. Own subsystem-level validation of functionality, telemetry, and digital control features. Develop validation plans, hardware, and execute tests including stress and corner cases. Collaborate with product line systems, design and validation engineers to ensure robust validation and integration into customer designs. Work with customers to support with usage of Renesas products.

**Principal Accountabilities**

+ Collaborate with product line system, design and validation engineers to develop evaluation board validation plans.
+ Design and develop test hardware for high-current buck converter validation.
