Sr SWE - Developer Experience ( DevEx)

Role Summary As a Developer Experience Engineer, you’ll build tools, systems, and processes that improve the productivity, satisfaction, and effectiveness of software developers across the organization. You’ll work closely with engineering teams to understand pain points and deliver solutions that streamline workflows, reduce friction, and promote best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Experience leveraging AI-powered coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar) to improve developer productivity, onboarding and code quality.

Ability to evaluate and integrate AI tools into developer workflows for tasks such as code generation, documentation, and testing.

Design, build, and maintain internal tools, libraries, and automation that improve developer workflows.

Collaborate with product and platform teams to identify and address developer pain points.
