Sr. Systems Administrator

YOUR IMPACT OpenText is looking for a Sr. Systems Administrator responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining enterprise observability and monitoring stack across hybrid/cloud platforms. This role provides deep technical expertise, drives best practices, improves monitoring quality, and ensures high reliability, actionable alerting, and ITIL‑aligned operations in collaboration with NOC, engineering teams, and leadership.

What The Role Offers

Deploy, configure and maintain monitoring and alerting systems including Operations Bridge Manager (OBM), Network Node Manager (NNMi), Zabbix, Prometheus, and Graylog.

Follow monitoring strategies, standards, and governance for infrastructure, network, and applications.

Develop enterprise‑wide SLIs/SLO and ensure effective alerting aligned to business impact.
