Duties & Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Quality Control

  • Oversee a team of bookkeepers, actively coaching and ensuring proficiency in financial statement preparation and T2 accuracy.
  • Review T1 and T2 returns at a high level, ensuring compliance with rigorous quality standards before filing.

    • Tax Advisory & Strategy

  • Meet with business owners to evaluate year-end performance and provide strategic advice (including optimal salary/dividend compensation structures).
