Sr. Technical Lead

We’re looking for a Sr. Technical Lead to join our Business Insights and Analytics team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to collaborate closely with the business and project teams to transform data into insights, recommend appropriate visualizations and reporting solutions, and build a high-performing team of data analytics professionals.

Operational Excellence

• Work closely with stakeholders and project team to understand and recommend BI solutions, including architecture
• Define the structure, roles, and responsibilities of each project team member
• Monitor and lead the solutioning team to ensure timely completion of deliverables, and identify tasks to be allocated on a sprint
• Collaborate with COEs and cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders, to understand report requirements
