**Overview**

GovCIO is currently hiring for a Sr. Technical Program Manager to lead the execution of a fast paced IOC . This position will be located in Fort Meade, MD and will be an onsite position.

**Responsibilities**

The Senior Technical Program Manager leads execution of a fast-paced Initial Operational Capability (IOC) enablement effort supporting autonomous cyber assessment and AI training data readiness for USCYBERCOMMAND. This role integrates architecture design, cloud infrastructure provisioning, cybersecurity, data strategy, and deployment planning into a cohesive execution plan within a compressed 3.5-month timeline.
