Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Test / Validation Engineer – Power Electronics to define and own end‑to‑end test strategies for complex power electronics systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product quality, robustness, and compliance through comprehensive validation, automation, and close collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
Responsibilities:

Test Strategy & Ownership
Define and own the end‑to‑end test strategy, ensuring full coverage of requirements, risks, and applicable standards across the product lifecycle.

Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans covering functional, performance, reliability, safety, and compliance requirements.
Test Development & Automation
Design and implement automated, repeatable test solutions to improve validation efficiency, coverage, and scalability.
