Role Description

Sr Thermal Engineer will be involved in simulating and analyzing thermal aspects of the next generation of devices. Candidate will get a chance to work on a variety of the latest technologies and deliver products for industrial applications. Candidate will provide thermal design solutions for many varying low/high voltage power supplies with both natural and forced convection cooling methods. Candidate must have relevant experience in thermal design for electronic products
Job Responsibilities:
Perform thermal design of electronic products:
 Provide thermal solutions for forced air cooled and natural convection cooled products.
Use CAD software such as Creo to build assembly models for thermal simulations.
Use flotherm software to obtain simulation results. Apply heat-transfer fundamentals to resolve thermal issues.
Measure actual airflow, acoustic and thermal characteristics using laboratory facilities.
