Key Responsibilities
As a Staff Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
Achieving the production target for the allocated section with the best use of 4M (Man, Machine, Material & Method).
Build, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to achieve outstanding efficiency and quality.
Manage and mentor a team of engineers and associates in successfully running and executing all the KPI’s - Production target / Cycle Time/WIP reduction.
Conduct time and motion studies to determine the guidelines for manufacturing process efficiency .
