Staff Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer

**Job Description**

OnStar is a cornerstone of General Motors’ connected services—bringing safety, security, diagnostics, navigation, and convenience to customers through the **mobile apps** , **website** , and the **in-vehicle experience** , supported by a complex set of cloud services and integrations operating at global scale. To support this, we’re scaling our **Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)** organization in Dublin, responsible for keeping the OnStar product line resilient, performant, and scalable for millions of customers.

We are seeking an **experienced technical leader** with a deep background in SRE, cloud operations, and project ownership to help define, build, and evolve reliability practices across our customer-facing OnStar experiences and the services behind them.
