Staff Engineer Unit Process Development Metrology

Your Role

As a Development Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and growth within our organization.

• Supporting Prototype and Development Samples Build: Work closely with our development team to build and test prototypes, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
• Technical Handshake and Knowledge Transfer: Responsible for facilitating the transfer of technical knowledge and expertise to our Operations team, ensuring a seamless handover of projects and processes.
• Document Management: Generate and update relevant documents, including Process Specifications, PFMEA, DFMEA, Master FMEA, OJTI, T32, and PDR, to ensure that our processes and procedures are well‑documented and up‑to‑date.
