Staff Hardware Design Applications Engineer

Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Staff Hardware Design Applications Engineer to develop and support PCB platforms for Wireless Backhaul (WBH) systems. This role focuses on designing development boards and reference platforms to enable system validation, performance evaluation, and productization of high‑performance wireless technologies. The main responsibilities will be:

• Lead the integration of network processors into WBH hardware platforms, including interface definition, performance optimization, and system‑level validation
• Design and develop PCB platforms, development boards, and reference designs for Wireless Backhaul systems
• Support system‑level testing, bring‑up, and evaluation of WBH hardware platforms
• Translate system and RF requirements into robust schematic and PCB layouts, including high‑speed digital, RF, and power circuits
