岗位职责：
1.负责3A/ISP tuning工具，精通C/C++/Python，熟悉嵌入式开发环境。
4.深入理解图像信号处理链路（Sensor→ISP→Encoder），熟悉主流ISP架构
5.掌握图像质量客观评价标准（如MTF、SNR、Delta E），能通过参数调优解决复杂场景问题。
6.英语沟通流畅，有项目负责人经历优先。
