Cross-Product Experience Strategy

Develop and execute a product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Clio's shared experiences: global navigation, global search, and the connective tissue between Manage, Grow, Draft, and other Clio products.

Define what great looks like for a unified Clio experience and build the case for prioritization across stakeholders and product teams.

Use customer research, efficiency metrics, and satisfaction data to identify the highest‑impact opportunities, and then go build them.

Work cross‑functionally with product managers, engineers, designers, and go‑to‑market partners to deliver experiences that feel cohesive and effortless to users.

Product Development and Lifecycle Management

Own the full product lifecycle, from discovery and roadmap through launch and iteration for shared user‑facing experiences.
