Staff Quality Engineer

**Description:** You will be the Quality Engineer for the Missiles and Fire Control Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring product and process excellence.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Quality Engineer you will be responsible for shaping and safeguarding the quality of our products and processes in a dynamic development environment.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
-Develop and review quality standards, processes, work instructions, and procedures for manufactured and procured products.
-Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure quality standards are implemented and met.
-Identify, trend, and resolve non‑conformances in a timely manner.
-Lead failure analysis, Material Review Board activities, and corrective‑action processes.
-Make final decisions on product acceptability.
