**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation/Controls Engineering, Mechatronics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 8 years of experience in technical program management and automation engineering.
+ Experience leading the specification, development, and implementation of automated manufacturing equipment, including robotics, precision motor control, dispense, and automated optical inspection (AOI) systems.
+ Experience working with design teams early in the hardware lifecycle to ensure design for automation principles are incorporated into product architectures.
