Hybrid Model: On‑site (4 days per week: Monday–Thursday)

Our Team

At Semtech, the Test Engineering team is responsible for enabling the successful transition of advanced analog and mixed‑signal ICs from design into high‑volume production. We operate at the centre of product development, working closely with design, product engineering, and offshore manufacturing partners to ensure silicon is fully characterised, robustly tested, and production‑ready. Our engineers develop scalable ATE solutions, optimise test efficiency, and ensure consistent product quality across global manufacturing sites. This is a highly technical and collaborative environment where engineering insight directly influences product performance, yield, and time‑to‑market.
