Stellantis Customer Audit Coordinator (Off Shift)

Job Description

The SCA Coordinator is responsible for the complete and detailed audit of each vehicle that is identified. The Auditor reports directly to the SCA Manager (based on shift). They Auditor integrates within the assembly plant and cross‑functional team. They manage and lead the full scope of SCA standardized audit and continuous improvement efforts to ensure vehicle quality and customer satisfaction. The Auditor will be a leader within the Quality Organization and will be expected to execute with impeccable detail and focus to identify all potential issues and maintain best‑in‑class quality, a favorable industry reputation, and the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Direct/manage product audit daily activities, tasks and initiatives.
• Develop and implement a successful business plan for SWA that supports corporate objectives, processes, and standards for product audit.
