• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, cookware, and food service areas according to established standards
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, and back‑of‑house areas to ensure a safe and hygienic work environment
• Properly wash, dry, and store dishes, glassware, and kitchen utensils in designated locations
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment and other kitchen machinery, reporting any malfunctions promptly
