• Leads scoping, planning, and technical design workshops
• Writes, reviews, and approves solution designs, technical specifications, and solution frameworks
• Translates business processes into STEP technology requirements
• Understands and applies technology best practices for integration/APIs and business rules
• Drives new processes and the adoption of good practices
• Manages and creates data mappings between STEP and integration points (ETL/ESB, XML, STEPXML)
• Develops complex business rules for pre/post processing or application workflows; performs code reviews
• Works with System Administrators to troubleshoot platform, solution, and performance issues

Must Have:

• Solid understanding of multi-domain MDM concepts, data relationships, and database architecture
