Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all daily store operations, including stock management and manpower planning.
• Develop business strategies to increase store traffic and optimize store profitability.
• Drive sales performance to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards are consistently maintained.
• Oversee store operations in accordance with brand standards and SOPs.
• Support staff development and training while collaborating with the Learning and Development team to identify operational training needs.
• Oversee operational reporting, including revenue and expense records.
