What You’ll Do As an

Store Manager

at Specsavers, you’ll play a key role in helping customers see and feel their best. You’ll run the daily retail operations of Specsavers’ store. As one of the leading supervisors, you’ll partner closely with the store’s retail and clinical team and manage the team to deliver an outstanding customer journey end-to-end, surpassing customers’ expectations time after time. You’ll be responsible for overseeing, coaching, and developing team members on all aspects of product selection, sales techniques, problem-solving and service.
