About the Role

Store Supervisor – Cannabis Retail. The role supports daily retail operations and leads by example on the sales floor. Ideal for someone with retail leadership experience who enjoys coaching teams, delivering great customer experiences, and working in a fast‑paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service and product education.
• Support and guide team members during assigned shifts.
• Act as a point of contact in the absence of management.
• Assist with product launches, promotions, and merchandising.
• Support inventory management, ordering, and receiving.
