Role Description

Storekeeper

  1. To handle the entire transaction and work system of Parts Department, Store & Counter.
  2. Responsible to check stock inventory without discrepancy.
  3. To maintain supplies of inventory by checking stock determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
  4. To check and verify receipt of parts from supplier and forwarder or any related parties.
  5. To assist in packaging and delivery arrangement of parts to customers.
  6. To report any discrepancy of parts in terms of quality and qunatity to customer.
  7. To report any discrepancy of parts in terms of quality and quantity to Supervisor.
  8. To check and verify parts to be supplied and delivered to customers.
  9. To load and unloading parts and placing parts in appropriate storage location.
