Job Description

Ops Clock & Leadtime : Lead and drive end-to-end initiatives to tighten sorting center turnaround time and reduce parcel delivery lead time, working closely with cross-functional teams and department heads to ensure execution excellence.

Truck Supply Fulfillment & Productivity : Monitor truck supply/demand trends and partner with Agency Management to ensure supply commitments are met. Analyze arrival curves and outbound throughput to design and recommend optimal shift timing and manpower plans.

Truck Productivity : Own linehaul truck productivity performance by conducting forecasting on parcel profiles, setting realistic productivity KPIs, and leading initiatives to continuously improve efficiency.
