Role Description

                    JOB DESCRIPTION The Strategy Team Lead is responsible for advising and leading several key strategic initiatives for the growth of BRP's Latin American & Caribbean (LATAM) business. This will include (i) developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) that management will use to monitor/manage the performance of the team executing the Strategic Plan and (ii) leading special projects associated with the achievement of the LATAM regional strategic plan. It should be noted that given interest in operational activities the candidate could soon grow into several different commercial and/or operational responsibilities.
