Structural Designer

Job Summary

The Junior Structural Designer will work in a collaborative, technology‑driven environment to turn engineering concepts into accurate 2D drawings and 3D Revit models for real‑world construction.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with experienced Structural Designers, Structural Engineers, other disciplines, and construction partners.
• Develop design concepts and build models from scratch.
• Assist in resolving design conflicts using modern BIM tools.
• Receive mentorship and guidance while taking ownership of work as your skills grow.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Computer‑Aided Drafting or related field.
• 5+ years structural drafting/design experience.
• 4 years of Revit experience.
