Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Structure Design Manager to join our team! In this role you will lead a large team of structural engineers and digital delivery specialists engaging in major infrastructure projects, overseeing the full lifecycle of structural design from concept through detailed design and construction support. You will set the technical direction for complex bridge and infrastructure structures, ensure compliance with international and local codes, and drive high-quality, BIM-enabled delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
Review work produced to ensure that applicable codes, standards, and procedures are followed and quality is acceptable.
Monitor productivity and technical proficiency of assigned personnel.
Make staffing assignments and reassignments as project needs arise.
