We are looking for a highly motivated Student Support Officer to join our team and deliver high-quality, compliant, and student-focused support services within an Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

Student Support & Engagement

• Provide first-level support via email, phone, and virtual channels
• Assist with student onboarding, orientation, and general enquiries
• Maintain regular communication to support student engagement
• Escalate complex concerns (academic, welfare, complaints) when needed

Student Administration

• Manage student records in SMS/LMS systems
