Overview

Join our growing team as a Subcontractor Risk Analyst, reporting to the Director of Subcontractor Risk Management. In this role you’ll support the Subcontractor Risk Management team and drive the Subcontractor Default Insurance (SDI) program forward. You’ll analyze subcontractor qualification submittal packages, cultivate strong relationships with project teams and subcontractors, and lead training sessions to support SDI usage while championing risk management best practices. This position offers excellent growth potential as you develop your skills in subcontractor risk management.

Essential Responsibilities

• Review and analyze financial statements, work‑on‑hand schedules, and liquidity/working capital levels to assess subcontractor risk.
• Evaluate and rate all subcontractor pre‑qualification information, ensuring compliance with Ledcor’s risk management strategy and maintaining secure documentation.
