Our client, an organisation offering support services is looking for a Complex Needs Support Worker, to join their team.

Duties of the Complex Needs Support Worker role will include, but is not limited to:

Ensuring the safety of residents and security of the accommodation is maintained at all times
Visiting tenants in their properties and shared settings in a safe way
Provide cover for residents with complex needs such as mental health and drug and alcohol misuse
Making referrals where necessary
Aiding them to access employment, education and training courses
