This position reports to:
Procurement Manager__
Your role and responsibilities
- 协助采购负责人完成采购订单创建及追踪流程优化工作，参与流程文档的修改、梳理和标准化工作
- 配合完成采购部门相关规范的文件整理工作
- 协助SAPARIBA系统中供应商分类的核对与梳理，确保数据准确性、一致
- 完成采购负责人交代的基础数据整理工作
Qualifications for the role
- 本科或研究生在读，供应链，经济，管理，英语，信息管理等相关专业优先
- 具备较强的中英文书写能力，能够熟练使用WORD（排版，修订，样式目录等），能使用EXCEL（数据透视，常用函数）者优先考虑
- 解能力强，善于沟通，且主动反馈进度，能高效协作
- 能保证每周3天以上到岗
