**Job Description:**

Manages projects against plans to ensure budget, schedule, and quality are met and projects are completed as per design requirements/specifications. Develops project completion plans and timelines to meet customer expectations and deliver critical project components. Establishes project responsibilities matrices in partnership with leadership team including lower level/functional superintendents, craft foremen, project managers, subcontractors, and vendors. Ensures safety standards and regulations are followed and required reporting is completed. Reviews, negotiates, and approves change orders. Develops and implements plans for project completion and turnover. For those with union projects and employees, reviews and approves the balance of forepersons, journeymen, and laborer’s composite labor rates.
