About the Position:

We are seeking experienced Structural Civil Supervisors for positions working a 2/1 FIFO from Perth.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Supervising and coordinating multiple small civil and earthworks projects
• Planning and allocating labour, plant, materials, and equipment
• Managing schedules, reporting, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Problem-solving on site to keep projects on track
• Liaising with the Operations Manager, clients, and contractors
• Building strong working relationships across all levels of the project

Skills and experience:

• Statutory Supervisor Certificate - S26 essential
