We are seeking a highly experienced and motivatedindividualto join our International Settlements team as a Supervisor, based in our new Scotland office.

In this role, you will supervise a team of settlement professionals and take ownership of day-to-day operations across EMEA markets. You will lead operational delivery, oversee complex settlements, and ensure adherence to regulatory, control, and governance standards. This position combines team leadership, process ownership, and strategic oversight, providing a unique opportunity to influence the development and scaling of the settlements function in a new location while shaping its processes, culture, and performance.
