Role Description

Promote a safe work environment and ensure all team members follow EH&S procedures.
Select, develop, and coach staff to support efficient departmental operations.
Support administrative processes and corporate procedures.

Education
Stationery Engineer or Licensed tradesperson in Mechanical or Electrical fields required.
Bachelor of Engineering or Science ( is an asset.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Deep understanding of GMP, WHMIS, and facility safety requirements.
Strong troubleshooting, decision-making, and root-cause analysis skills.
Proficiency with CMMS, Microsoft Office, and predictive maintenance technologies (vibration analysis, thermography, infrared, lubrication, alignment).
