Role Description

We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor  at our Coppabella Moorvale Joint Venture (CMJV) – Coppabella Mine. Our CMJV mine complex consists of two open-cut mine operations located approximately 140 kilometres southwest of Mackay that produce premium low-volatile pulverized coal (LV-PCI) for export markets.
About the role:

Peabody are currently seeking a Production Supervisor to join our opencut mine based at Coppabella Moorvale Mine Complex (CMJV).

Reporting to the Production Superintendent, this role will be responsible for all day to day mine activities in compliance with all relevant statutes by providing leadership to achieve safe and effective production. This is to be achieved through managing the production functions in a safe, efficient and effective manner.
