Supervisor - Services

A Tier 2 builder is seeking an experienced Services Supervisor to join a pharmaceutical project in the North of Melbourne. The project is nearing completion, with an immediate start available.

Duration: ASAP – end of May
Rate: $70–$80 per hour + super (dependent on experience)
Location: North of Melbourne

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate services trades including mechanical, electrical, security, and communications
• Oversee installation of specialist services equipment, including air handling units as well as sophisticated cooling systems
• Manage subcontractors and ensure work is delivered on schedule, safeley, and to high quality standards
• Work closely with site management and project teams during final delivery stages
