About The Role

Is responsible for installing, configuring, calibrating, and repairing technical products and systems at customer field locations. This role performs a variety of maintenance and technical support tasks and may provide onsite training to customer support personnel. This job profile is intended for support staff that follows established procedures and works under close supervision. Smaller/easier decisions are made autonomously.
