About the Role:

As a Sr. Supervisor, WFM, you'll play a pivotal role in driving exceptional client outcomes, leading a team, and ensuring seamless operations within our fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Foster strong client relationships through effective management and communication

- Develop and implement capacity planning strategies to meet business objectives

- Hands-on experience on WFM Tools like Nice IEX, Verint, etc.

- Lead, motivate, and coach an RTA to achieve outstanding performance

- Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive process improvements

- Billing & Invoicing Expertise

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence
