Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as Chief, Engineer Division, providing the full range of real property and facilities design engineering, construction, maintenance, energy conservation, and related engineering services for the installation. Responsibilities Provide a full range of property design engineering for new construction, repair projects, and contract modifications.
