Supplier Development & Performance Manager - Quality (Ciudad Apodaca)

What you will do
The Supplier Development & Performance Manager is responsible for identifying and driving continuous improvements with assigned suppliers.
This role ensures alignment with business needs to maximize sustainable supplier performance in terms of on-time delivery, quality, capacity, scalability, and sustainability to all sites.
How you will do it
Lead a team of Supplier Development leaders and NPI Engineers across multiple PBU/plants to drive continuous improvements.
Collaborate with Integral Fulfillment Manager, PBU Operations leaders, and Procurement to implement processes, tools, and training that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and accountability in order fulfillment.
Conduct audits and assessments at supplier locations to address critical issues and ensure adherence to quality standards.
