Supplier Performance Manager

Job Description: Drive delivery assurance across all critical suppliers through daily/weekly follow‑ups, escalations, recovery planning, and supplier engagement. Partner with suppliers to monitor and improve supplier performance, including lead‑time adherence, OTD, recovery actions, and service levels. Perform risk recovery activities for materials at risk, including expedites, reschedules, and on‑site supplier support when needed. ETO Requirements & Vendor Alignment: Calculate and consolidate Data Center ETO material and carrier requirements based on engineering releases, planned demand, and vendor capabilities. Develop and maintain manufacturing plans by vendor, ensuring clear and accurate communication of future demand to suppliers. Partner with vendors proactively to deliver accurate signals enabling timely material readiness.
