Compensation

The base salary for this role ranges between $67,440 and $92,730, with eligibility for an incentive target of 5% contingent upon achieving both individual and company performance objectives.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Track, analyze, and report on supplier performance metrics, ensuring timely and actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret supplier data (e.g., delivery times, quality scores, compliance) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the onboarding process for new suppliers, ensuring accurate documentation and seamless integration into relevant systems.
• Facilitate supplier meetings, document key outcomes, and drive follow‑through on action items to ensure accountability and progress.
