Role Description
Support the organization on the key processes of international trade compliance by developing, implementing, and monitoring efficient controls and corrective actions to maintain best‑in‑practice compliance practices. Lead a team of analysts to distribute the workload for production and aftermarket parts and accessories, and lead by example with an active role in the suppliers solicitation process to properly declare customs imports and export requirements. Support BRP suppliers solicitation across all regions NA, EMEA, LATAM & APAC. Provide technical information to support government audits and official requests worldwide. Prepare documentation to support strategic decision‑making processes, among BRP stakeholders and before authorities in the regulation and definition of the legal framework applicable to our products.
