**Job Overview**

Follow demand and capacity analysis, production control, and inventory control of main projects to meet the production, delivery demand, and cost, schedule requirements within the manager's direction.

**Job Requirements**

**Production control**
Review resource allocation weekly and production plan monthly and monitor daily output.
Oversee material supply and ensure smooth production and avoid downtime
**Delivery performance**
Review the backlog and analyze the root cause of past due orders; oversee abnormal production status.
Prepare the related material and initiate the meeting to facilitate the department responsible for solving the issues.
