Role Description

Responsibilities

:
  • Manage inbound inquiries (process quotations, orders for engine spare parts and other documents) from an allocated customer base within agreed time-scales.
  • Accurately input customer information and order details into SAP.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, etc.) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Track orders and proactively follow up with customers to provide updates and address any concerns.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, charts, graphs) to analyze data, generate reports, and provide meaningful business insights. (Intermediate level proficiency required; macros not needed).
  • Liaise with immediate manager/super user to establish training needs on a regular basis to maintain knowledge adequate for performing all required functions
