Supply Chain Data Analytics

• Lead and develop a team of Data Analysts.
• Build and maintain relationships with business leaders, including the IT organization, executive leadership, and operations.
• Supervise the delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements for the internal stakeholders. These reports include both templated reporting and newly created reporting requests.
• Provide training to internal Permanents on how to utilize tools and reports.
• Manage the creation of dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
• Execute extemporary data analysis, participate in senior-level discussions, and provide findings and best practices to senior leadership.
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and other strategies to optimize quality and efficiency in the organization.
