Supply Chain Program Manager

Job Description
Own end‑to‑end fabless semiconductor supply chain execution for a product family, spanning tape‑out, prototype builds, production ramp, and sustained manufacturing. Act as the technical program manager and supply chain owner, translating product architecture and customer demand into material, capacity, and manufacturing requirements. Work directly with foundries and OSATs to align on tape‑out schedules, prototype builds, capacity reservations, yield targets, and ramp readiness, providing clear build programs and execution directives. Ensure supply chain readiness across BOM setup, materials sourcing, capacity planning, and supplier alignment, and partner closely with engineering on configurations, ECOs, and production qualification. Manage prototype and ramp materials, issue assembly build instructions and loading plans, maintain a rolling 6‑month supply and ship plan, and partner with finance on cost inputs and budgets.
