- Your Profile:
- Provide L1/L2/L2/L3 support for Teamcenter PLM and custom PLM systems (Teamcenter, Siemens PLM, Windchill, etc.), including issue resolution, user assistance, and system troubleshooting.
- Deliver technical support and training to end-users on PLM system usage and best practices.
- Support and maintain integrations with CAD, ERP, and other enterprise tools to ensure seamless data flow.
